TP-3.13s is our largest tactical panel for the front surface of 2013 and earlier Harley Tour Paks. It attaches with four stainless steel hardware sets in center of panel and four angle braces at the ends.
Because it mounts at the front and attaches to the sides, it is the most difficult to install, but it provides a large MOLLE mounting surface.
